As a public company, Nutra Pharma Corporation (including its subsidiaries or affiliates that it controls or is under common control with (the “Company”) has an obligation to its shareholders to ensure that all material information disseminated to the public is factual, accurate, and in
compliance with all applicable state and federal securities laws, including Regulation Fair Disclosure (“Reg FD”), state and federal anti-fraud and anti-manipulation rules and securities laws applicable to insider trading.
